Payments

Shipping & Returns

If you’d like to return your purchase, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Ensure the item is unused, unopened, and still in the original packaging.
  2. Contact our support team at virginbeautyind@yahoo.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once we approve your return, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.
  4. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  5. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

To cancel or change your order, please log in to your VB Products account and go to My Account › Orders.

  • If your order status is Processing or Pending Payment, you can click Request Cancellation or Edit Order to make changes.

  • If your order has already been marked as Completed or Shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
