Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Products must also be in the original packaging.

- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at virginbeautyind@yahoo.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
